Dr. Ruth is a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Psychometric Test Professional with over 30 years’ experience as an educationist. She is passionate about unlocking human potential towards the realization of her clients’ purpose. She is a Personal & Professional Development coach with a strong focus on helping her clients maximize their skills, talents and interests to find fulfillment in their career paths.
Founder and CEO of Blossom Out Coaching & Consulting, dedicated to empowering students and professionals in their academic and career journeys. She uses psychometric assessment tests to boost her individualized coaching engagements as well as for assisting organizations in recruitment and development of staff.

Pastor Isabella Mwikali- Director
Pastor Isabella Mwikali is a co-founder of BLOSSOM OUT COACHING & CONSULTING. Isabella is a Certified Psychometric Test and Counsellor. Together with her partner she runs mentorship program for the Teens, transition workshops for those joining high school; and those joining college. Isabella is an experienced educationist with 13 years as a lecturer in teacher training colleges in Kenya and a principal of a primary school for 4 years. This has given her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the education sector as well as experience in school administration.
